PassNest 隱私權政策

PassNest 是完全離線的密碼管理器。我們設計它的原則是：你的資料只屬於你，也只存在你的裝置上。

我們不收集任何資料

  • PassNest 不會連線到網路，沒有帳號、雲端同步、分析、遙測或廣告。
  • 我們不會收集、傳送、出售或分享你的任何個人資料、密碼、使用紀錄或裝置資訊。

資料存放在哪裡

  • 密碼庫以 AES-256-GCM 加密，主密碼經 Argon2id 衍生金鑰，存放在你電腦上的 PassNest 資料夾。我們無法讀取，也無法幫你找回主密碼。
  • 授權檔（license.pnlicense）只存在你的電腦上，驗證完全在本機進行。
  • 匯出的備份（.passnest）與 CSV／Excel 檔案由你自己選擇存放位置；CSV／Excel 是未加密的檔案，請妥善保管。
  • 複製到剪貼簿的密碼會在一段時間後自動清除。

第三方

  • 從 Microsoft Store 下載與更新時，Microsoft 會依其隱私權聲明處理相關資料，與 PassNest 無關。
  • 在 Microsoft Store 版訂閱 Pro 時，付款、續訂與取消由 Microsoft 依其隱私權聲明處理。PassNest 只向 Windows 查詢「是否有有效的訂閱」，不會把你的任何資料傳給 Microsoft 或我們。
  • 直接向我們購買授權檔時，付款由金流服務商處理；我們只保存簽發授權所需的名稱與聯絡方式，用於寄送授權與客服。

PassNest Privacy Policy

PassNest is a fully offline password manager, built on one principle: your data belongs to you and stays on your device.

We collect no data

  • PassNest never connects to the network. There are no accounts, cloud sync, analytics, telemetry or ads.
  • We do not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data, passwords, usage history or device information.

Where your data is stored

  • Your vaults are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from your master password with Argon2id, and stored in the PassNest folder on your computer. We cannot read them and cannot recover your master password.
  • Your license file (license.pnlicense) stays on your computer and is verified entirely offline.
  • Backups (.passnest) and CSV / Excel exports are saved where you choose. CSV / Excel files are not encrypted; keep them safe.
  • Passwords copied to the clipboard are cleared automatically after a short time.

Third parties

  • When you download or update PassNest from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft processes the related data under its own privacy statement.
  • When you subscribe to Pro in the Microsoft Store version, Microsoft handles payment, renewal and cancellation under its own privacy statement. PassNest only asks Windows whether you have an active subscription; it does not send any of your data to Microsoft or to us.
  • When you buy a license file directly from us, payment is handled by the payment provider. We keep only the name and contact details needed to issue the license and provide support.
