Terms of Service
By installing or using Siaupoa (“the App”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. It is not designed for or directed at children, and a paid subscription is an agreement we can only enter into with an adult.
1. The service
The App is a personal bookkeeping tool operated by Goodsvalu Inc. (“we”, “us”). It runs on your device and stores your records there. It optionally uses an AI service to read a receipt photo or a spoken description and turn it into a draft transaction for you to confirm.
2. Your responsibility for your own data
Your records live on your device. We have no copy and cannot recover anything for you. If you lose your phone, uninstall the App, or reset it, unbacked-up data is gone permanently. Use Settings → Data → Backup regularly and keep the backup file somewhere safe.
3. AI recognition is a draft, not a source of truth
The App is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional.
4. Free allowance and fair use
AI recognition is subject to a monthly allowance shown in the App; Siaupoa Plus raises it (section 5). We may change the allowance, and we may suspend or throttle the AI feature — for everyone or for an individual account — where it is necessary to keep the service running or to stop abuse. Everything that does not depend on the AI service (manual entry, reports, budgets, backup and restore) continues to work regardless.
You agree not to:
- use automated means to send requests through the App
- attempt to circumvent the allowance, for example by repeatedly creating accounts
- submit content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to submit
- attempt to interfere with, probe or reverse-engineer our servers
5. Siaupoa Plus (paid subscription)
Siaupoa Plus is an optional paid subscription. It raises the monthly AI recognition allowance and unlocks the advanced reports. Everything else — manual entry, ledgers, accounts, budgets, the standard reports, recurring transactions, export, backup and restore — is free and stays free.
Price and billing
The price is shown inside the App before you buy, in your own currency, and that figure is the one that applies. Payment is charged by the app store — Google Play or Apple — to the payment method on your store account. We never see your card details.
Automatic renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and your store account is charged again, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. A monthly plan renews every month; an annual plan renews every year.
How to cancel
Cancel in the store, not in the App — we cannot cancel it for you:
- Google Play: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not end the period you have already paid for — Plus keeps working until that period runs out, and only then do the advanced reports lock and the allowance return to the free monthly amount. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because the subscription belongs to your store account rather than to us.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy, not by us. If you believe you are entitled to one, request it through Google Play or Apple. Write to support@goodsvalu.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can, but we cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not process.
Changes to the price or to what Plus includes
We may change the price or what the subscription includes. A price increase applies only from your next renewal, and the store will notify you in advance and ask you to confirm; you can cancel instead. We may add to what Plus includes at any time.
If your subscription ends
Nothing you have entered is lost or hidden. Your ledgers, accounts, categories and every transaction stay on your device exactly as they were, and the free features continue to work. Only the advanced reports lock, and the monthly AI allowance returns to the free amount.
6. Your account
AI recognition requires an account. You sign in with an email address and a one-time code sent to it; there is no password. Everything else in the App works without an account. You may delete the account at any time in Settings → About & Support → Delete Account — that removes the account, your email address and its usage records from our servers (other than the one-way hashes described in our privacy policy, which exist to stop the first-month allowance being claimed repeatedly), but does not delete the books stored on your phone. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms.
7. Availability
The App is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the AI feature will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on a third-party service and on your network connection, and it may be unavailable at times.
8. Intellectual property
The App and its content are ours or our licensors’. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App. The data you enter remains yours; we claim no rights over it, and we do not have it.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data, including loss arising from an incorrect AI result or from data you did not back up.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of any right that law gives you to bring proceedings there.

2. 你自己資料的保管責任
你的紀錄存在你的裝置上。我們沒有副本,也無法替你復原任何東西。若你遺失手機、解除 安裝本 App 或重設資料,未備份的內容將永久消失。 請定期使用「設定 → 資料 → 備份資料」,並把備份檔妥善保存。
3. AI 辨識結果是草稿,不是事實依據
本 App 不構成會計、稅務、法律或財務建議,也不能取代專業人士。
4. 免費額度與合理使用
AI 辨識受 App 內顯示的每月額度限制;Siaupoa Plus 會提高這個上限(見第 5 節)。 我們可能調整該額度,並在必要時(為維持服務運作 或阻止濫用)對全體或個別帳號暫停或限制 AI 功能。所有不依賴 AI 服務的功能(手動記帳、 報表、預算、備份與還原)不受影響,照常可用。
你同意不進行以下行為:
- 以自動化方式透過本 App 發送請求
- 試圖規避額度限制,例如反覆建立帳號
- 送出違法內容,或你無權送出的內容
- 試圖干擾、探測或逆向工程我們的伺服器
5. Siaupoa Plus(付費訂閱)
Siaupoa Plus 是選擇性的付費訂閱,它提高每月 AI 辨識額度,並解鎖進階報表。其餘功能 ——手動記帳、帳本、帳戶、預算、一般報表、循環交易、匯出、備份與還原——都是免費的, 而且會一直免費。
價格與收款
價格會在你購買之前顯示在 App 裡,以你自己的幣別呈現,以那個數字為準。 款項由應用程式商店收取(Google Play 或 Apple),從你商店帳戶上的 付款方式扣款。我們看不到你的信用卡資料。
自動續訂
訂閱會在每個週期結束時自動續訂並再次扣款,除非你在週期結束前至少 24 小時取消。月方案每月續訂一次,年方案每年續訂一次。
如何取消
取消要在商店裡操作,不是在 App 裡——我們沒有辦法代你取消:
- Google Play:Play 商店 → 你的個人資料 → 付款與訂閱 → 訂閱
- Apple:設定 → 你的名字 → 訂閱項目
取消之後不會再扣款,但不會中止你已經付過錢的那個週期——Plus 會一直 用到那個週期結束,到時進階報表才上鎖、額度才回到免費的每月數量。 刪除帳號不會取消訂閱,因為訂閱屬於你的商店帳戶,不屬於我們。
退款
退款由商店依其自身政策處理,不是由我們處理。若你認為應該退款,請透過 Google Play 或 Apple 提出。有任何狀況也歡迎寫信到 support@goodsvalu.com,我們會在能力範圍內 協助,但我們無法為一筆不是我們收款的交易辦理退款。
價格或內容的變更
我們可能調整價格或調整訂閱包含的內容。漲價只會從你的下一次續訂開始適用,商店會事先 通知你並要求你確認;你也可以選擇取消。增加 Plus 包含的內容則可能隨時發生。
訂閱結束之後
你輸入過的任何資料都不會遺失、也不會被隱藏。帳本、帳戶、分類與每一筆 交易都原封不動留在你的裝置上,免費功能照常運作。只有進階報表會上鎖,每月 AI 額度 回到免費的數量。
6. 你的帳號
AI 辨識需要帳號。你用電子郵件加上寄給你的一次性驗證碼登入,沒有密碼;本 App 的其他 功能都不需要帳號。你可隨時於「設定 → 關於與支援 → 刪除帳號」刪除它——那會移除我們 伺服器上的帳號、你的電子郵件位址與用量紀錄(隱私政策所述、用於防止首月額度被反覆 領取的單向雜湊值除外),但不會刪除你手機裡的帳目。你必須自行 保管登入所用信箱的存取權。對於違反本條款的帳號,我們可予以終止。
7. 服務可用性
本 App 以現況提供。我們不保證 AI 功能必然可用、不中斷或無錯誤——它依賴第三方服務與 你的網路連線,可能有無法使用的時候。
8. 智慧財產權
本 App 及其內容屬於我們或我們的授權人。你獲得的是個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的使用授權。 你輸入的資料仍屬於你;我們不主張任何權利,也並未持有這些資料。
9. 免責聲明與責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內,本 App 以現況提供,不附帶任何明示或默示的擔保,包括特定用途 適用性與結果正確性。在法律允許的最大範圍內,我們不對間接或衍生損失、利潤損失或資料 損失負責,包括因 AI 結果錯誤或你未備份而產生的損失。
本條款不影響你依居住國強制性消費者保護法規所享有的任何權利。
10. 條款變更
我們可能更新本條款。重大變更會反映在本頁面的「最後更新」日期上。變更後繼續使用本 App 即表示你接受變更。
11. 準據法
本條款以美國紐約州法律為準據法,不適用其法律衝突規則。因本條款所生或與之相關之 爭議,由紐約州境內之州法院與聯邦法院專屬管轄。本條不剝奪你依居住國強制性法律規定 所享有的保護,亦不排除該等法律賦予你在當地起訴的權利。
