Terms of Use
1. The service
CalendarScan uses AI to suggest events and deadlines from calendars, notices, flyers, appointment cards and text you provide. You review and confirm every item before it is added to your phone’s calendar (or, on iPhone, Reminders).
2. Check the results
AI can misread dates, times and text. Items the AI is unsure about are highlighted, but other items can be wrong too. You are responsible for checking events before relying on them. We are not liable for missed or incorrect events.
3. Your account and allowance
AI recognition requires signing in with your email. The free monthly allowance, page credits and prices are shown in the App and may change. Creating multiple accounts to get more free pages is not allowed.
4. Purchases
Page credits are sold through Apple’s App Store and Google Play and do not expire. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; refunded credits are removed from your balance. If you ask Apple for a refund of a credit pack, you agree that we may tell Apple how much of that pack you have used (for example, 3 of 20 pages) and suggest a full, partial or no refund based on that usage. Apple makes the final decision.
If a credit pack is refunded after you have used some of its pages, the pages you used may be deducted from pages you receive later, including your free monthly pages. If this happens repeatedly, we may limit purchases or recognition on your account. We apply this rule the same way to everyone and will tell you if it affects your account; if you think it was applied in error, contact support@goodsvalu.com.
5. Your content
Only submit documents you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your content. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to get around its limits.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Goodsvalu Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the App. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
